A thought

I have a considerable amount of a Slings & Arrows fic written (nothing to do with the Due South refresher below, although that would be cracktastic). Since I am in the United States, I have seen only the first season, and wrote most of the fic without knowing whether any of S2 had aired in Canada, much less knowing any plot elements besides the fact that a production of Macbeth was involved.

Now I've been able to track down a little more information about S2, which has apparently aired in its entirety. Although nothing I've seen relates directly to the events of my story, I can tell that the story wouldn't fit into the canon, which I never really expected it to do anyway. But now it's in this weird limbo state where if you're one of the five people in the US who are fans of this show from the first season then it's just a regular old story and if you're in Canada then it's kind of an AU, although I don't know how much of one since I haven't seen the second season.

Conclusion: The information age is fuckin' weird. But I'll probably post this story anyway for the two people who'll be interested. (But only after yuletide is over, because I gotta finish that thing and I'll probably send it in two minutes before the deadline like last year.)
