At first blush it's what you'd expect from an active talk page for a major article; you have to go down to the "Batman The Homosexual" section, where it EXPLODES IN HILARITY.

Yeah, he was very apologetic in the end. One of his interests is still 'hating slash', though, which amuses me very much. Hating slash is something to which he devotes his attention!

I think the mod ended up editing the community info to more clearly indicate that it's intended for slashers, and that it is non-slashy material that's merely tolerated.
