Hahahaha. I was going to put a link but the MTV.com video appeared to be broken. Nonetheless: Captain Monterey Jack (http://www.mtv.com/videos/misc/404863/captain-monterey-jack.jhtml), in the first of what I believe are three sketches featuring him, tells it to you straight about turning off the lights when you leave the room. Even if it's not "cool."
