I sure hope Juliet's going to be okay when Jack and Ben[1] get back to the island--evidently being a woman that a man on the island is in love with is an almost universally terminal diagnosis. (I'm not too worried about Sun and Kate; they can't go into the next season with no women in the main cast, after all. Who would take care of the babies?)

[1] Can Ben go back to the island? Only time will tell.
